Every Velatra order comes with a 30-night home trial. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email Velatraskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 1 business day with simple return instructions.
Conditions
- Return items in clean, usable condition.
- For hygiene, please wipe tools clean before returning.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement — no return needed.

Want a different colour? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we will help.
