Our 30-night promise
Try your Velatra set for a full 30 nights. If it doesn't earn a place on your shelf, we'll make it right — a refund or a free replacement, your choice.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@velatra.com with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We reply within 1 business day.
In most cases you won't need to ship anything back — we resolve by refund or replacement straight away.
What's covered
- Changed your mind — within 30 nights of delivery, unused items in original packaging qualify for a full refund.
- Arrived damaged or faulty — send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full, no return needed.
- Never arrived — if tracking stalls past the 15-day delivery window, we reship or refund immediately.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
